JOB OVERVIEW

Forest Espresso is looking for a new barista to join our Helmsley team. This role is 12 hours a week with additional holiday cover, and full training will be provided — all we ask is that you bring great energy, attention to detail, and a love for coffee moments.

• Serve coffee with care and consistency.
• Create a welcoming, calm space for our guests.
• Support with shop upkeep and occasional retail tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods.
