Job description:
- Initially approx starting time 06.00am to 10am (between 8 - 16 hrs per week)
- MUST have experience of using a Barista professional coffee machine
- MUST be able to craft Barista made coffee drinks
- Mastering our menu and quickly familiarising with seasonal changes and new additions.
- Working in a small environment
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those of hygiene, health and safety, cash handling ….
- Take instruction from team leader and use own initiative.
- Passion for delivering excellence in every task.
- A natural talent to multitasking simultaneously; maintain focus when under pressure and have a hard-working can-do attitude.
- A basic food hygiene certificate is desirable.
- Complete training and modules swiftly.
- Maintain and monitor standards of cleanliness and store appearance.
- Maintain consistency in Barista made drinks to Froth and Mallow standard.
- Great spoken and written English; good clear communication skills because you will be speaking to our customers.
- Good personal hygiene and presentation.
- have morning weekend availability.
