JOB TITLE: PART-TIME BARISTA

We are a busy, family-run bakery seeking an experienced and confident Barista to join our team. • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee with speed, accuracy, and consistency using a Lazzaro coffee machine
• Deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment
• Maintain impeccable environmental hygiene at all times
• Follow and assist in the daily operation of the Food Safety Plan in accordance with NSW Food Safety & Hygiene laws and regulations
• Assist with general café and bakery duties to ensure smooth daily operations
