Opening Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00am–2:00pm
• Saturday–Sunday: 7:00am–4:00pm

We’re on the lookout for an all-star Barista to help run our brand-new café at Redditch Train Station. If you’re passionate about great coffee, love delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect next role.

The Role

As a Barista at Nomad Coffee Co, you’ll:

• Prepare and serve outstanding coffee and beverages to our quality standards.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to every customer – even during the morning rush.
• Keep the café looking its best – from a spotless counter to a well-stocked pastry display.
• Work as part of a small, close-knit team to keep operations smooth.
• Support with opening and closing duties depending on shift patterns.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista or hospitality experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person).
• A genuine love for coffee and people.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliability and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and varied shifts.
