We’re an award-winning local coffee roastery on a mission to deliver exceptional coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere in Birkdale. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Barista/All Rounder to join our team.
You’ll be the friendly face of our café, brewing specialty coffee, preparing delicious food, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. If you’re passionate about great coffee and enjoy working in a vibrant, community-focused environment, we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a café or hospitality role is a plus, but not essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Availability to work flexible hours on the weekdays
• A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is a plus, but not essential

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining consistency and excellence
• Assist with daily café operations, including food preparation and maintaining a clean environment
• Provide excellent customer service, making each guest feel valued and welcome
• Support inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
