ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an experienced and friendly barista who knows their way around a coffee machine and enjoys connecting with customers. The right person will be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining a focus on quality and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve espresso coffee and other beverages to a high standard
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable manner
• Assist with café duties such as taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
