Hours: 10 to 30+ hours per week

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and associated drinks, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup
• Assist with customer service, greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support the team with general café tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel like part of our community
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
• Develop knowledge on our coffee, this ensuring quality and consistency
