JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
• A willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques and menu items is essential.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes.
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment and utensils, in line with food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for order totals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
