What we’re looking for:

• Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong coffee knowledge and ability to make consistent, high-quality coffee
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
