We are a small independent business located near University of Bristol. We are looking for a full time friendly Barista and all-rounder who can confidently deliver exceptional service working alongside a small team.

BARISTA EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

we will not be training you on basics however you will receive training on our standards and expectations.

• You will need to be mature, able to ensure a strong relationship is built and kept with our customers while providing and maintaining the standards of the food & drink service.
• You will have a genuine passion for what you do, with the ability to engage with everyone around you in a warm and friendly style.
• It is essential you have an eye for detail, you will be expected to uphold high standards even when we are busy
• You should be able to keep calm under pressure and continue to deliver a professional service.
