TUESDAY TO SATURDAY | 6:00AM – 2:30PM

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our Bondi Beach team. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident behind the machine, thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment, and knows how to create a great vibe for both customers and staff.

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations
• Lead and support a small team with energy and professionalism
• Jump on the coffee machine as needed — this role includes barista work
• Ensure smooth, friendly and efficient service during peak hours
• Handle customer feedback and issues with care and calm
• Communicate with the kitchen and management to keep things running smoothly
• Keep the front area clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Manage FOH inventory and place supply orders
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
