Description Doubletree by Hilton Airport is seeking a personable and efficient Barista to craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages while delivering outstanding guest service. Where You Can Make an Impact: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area. Greet and interact with guests to provide personalized service. Take orders accurately and process transactions promptly. Restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift. Adhere to food safety and health guidelines. Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience. Monitor and maintain coffee equipment to ensure functionality. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Provide suggestions or recommendations to guests for beverage options. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience in a barista or food service role preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
