Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Beverage Barista and All-Rounder, you will be at the forefront of our mission. This role is all about engaging with our customers to share insights on health and wellness, crafting delicious smoothies, and managing the ebb and flow of our products. You’ll play a key part in creating an environment where customers feel welcomed and leave a little healthier and happier.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft and serve organic smoothies, adding a dash of personality to each blend.
  • Engage customers with warmth and expertise, offering personalized advice on vitamins and supplements.
  • Master our POS system, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
  • Manage inventory with precision, from receiving new stock to pricing and organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a tidy, inviting store environment.
  • Relay community feedback regarding customer experience and products to management, helping refine our offerings and services.
  • Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in food preparation and handling.
  • Support the team with in-store and offsite events.

YOU’RE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Are looking for a part-time position (requiring availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, + 1 additional weekday)
  • Have previous experience working or learning in a natural health or wellness setting.
  • Have a knack for connecting with people and genuine, meaningful interactions are your thing.
  • Are comfortable with POS systems and can handle inventory tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Value working in a small business setting and are passionate about building community.
