We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista and Front of House Team Member. In this role, you’ll be the face of our café, responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly.

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:BARISTA DUTIES:

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks
• Operate coffee-making equipment (grinders, espresso machines, brewers, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Ensure beverage quality, taste, and consistency
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed

FRONT OF HOUSE DUTIES:

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately
• Process payments (cash and card)
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the customer area, including tables, counters, and restrooms
• Assist with food service (if applicable), including handling pastries or light meals
• Handle customer complaints or queries
