Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a coffee shop or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle both barista and cashier duties
• Customer service oriented with a friendly, professional attitude

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
• Team player with flexibility to support various café operations
