REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with all customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill customer orders promptly while maintaining quality.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and dining spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
  • Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions accurately.
  • Uphold brand standards: Represent our brand by delivering consistent quality and maintaining a professional appearance. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
