Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Make coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies & serve pastries.
• Ensure a heightened level of customer service.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Resolve customer related complaints
• Gain a strong knowledge of products.
• Merchandise and stock shelves.
• Closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• 2 years in Barista experience
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Must be available weekdays, evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food products (an asset, but not necessary)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand and work long hours on feet
• Lift heavy products up to 50lb
