We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista and Cook to join our vibrant team. As a Barista and cook, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food dishes. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food preparation is required
• Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills are required for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
• A strong desire to help others and provide excellent service is essential.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 1 years barista experience

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation.
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast and brunch items
• Assist with food preparation as needed, including pastries and light snacks.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
