ABOUT US:

Ebru is a full-service café with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and community. We’re serious about what we serve, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We show up, do good work, treat people well, and try to make the day a little better - for the team, and for every person who walks in through our doors.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for someone who can run a smooth shift, lead by example, and have a good time doing it. You should know how to pull a great shot, stay cool when it’s busy, and be someone others genuinely like working with.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Make consistently great speciality coffee and drinks, quickly and cleanly
• Manage the flow of the shift - keep things organized, people on track, and customers happy
• Open and close the café (depending on your shift), including cash handling, daily checklists, and any instructions provided by your team lead/manager
• Help train and support newer team members
• Handle issues as they come up - with grace and common sense
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and ready to go (shop + commissary)
• Jump in wherever needed - we all share the load
