Job Description We are looking to add a Barista to our team. The Marketplace at the Sandpearl Resort serves as a place for our guest to refuel or catch their breath for Starbucks coffee, healthy snacks, convenient sundry items, freshly made pastries, and light fare when they need a bite while on the go. Essential Functions: * Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone * Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s * Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays * Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift * Complete all closing side work at end of shift * Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage; * Follow all policies and procedures * Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance * Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform Job Requirements: * High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required * Previous experience a plus Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) * Free Associate Parking * Free Meal for every shift worked * 25% Discount in Resort Outlets * Hotel Discounts with OPL * Friends and Family Discount $14 per hour plus tips The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
