French Press Bakery & Cafe in Needham, MA is looking for a barista/customer service team member who is available during the early-morning to afternoon shift. This can be a full-time or part-time opening. We are located on 74 Chapel Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Sell our in-house made croissants, pastries, desserts, and sandwiches

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Availability for mornings and afternoons
