High Brow Coffee in Franklin, TN is looking for 1-2 team members to join our team. Part time or full time position available. We are a specialty coffee roaster located 3 miles west of downtown Franklin at 188 Front Street Ste 102. Our ideal candidate is hard working, attentive, punctual, happy and reliable. We don’t hire very often, and only have one position available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers well while being attentive to their needs
• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs (once trained on espresso bar)
• Prep/Prepare food (biscuits, panini’s, pop tarts etc.)
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in service Industry
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• An ability to see things that need to be done and anticipate the next move
