We are currently recruiting for the position of Barista in our Cafe and Foodhall in our stunning Powerscourt Estate, Enniskerry location.

COMPETENCIES

Excellent Customer Service Skills - the ability to go “above and beyond”
HACCP trained (this will be provided)
Willingness regarding training on different sections is required. Baristas are expected to pursue interests in different aspects of our foodhalls, such as product knowledge, training on cheese, charcuterie etc.

Provide your customers with a friendly and efficient service
Work with the finest of ingredients to create the famous Avoca coffee experience
Develop product knowledge to assist the customer and offer advice
Set up workspaces so they are clean and stocked up for the next shift
Make sure stock is replenished, displays are tidy
Assist with cycle counts
Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
Supporting your colleagues across all departments as and when required
Ad hoc duties as per business requirements
