We specialize in handcrafted cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, merveilleux puffs, and other irresistible treats — paired with coffee, tea, and community vibes. We’re looking for team members who are passionate about desserts, coffee, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities

BARISTA DUTIES

• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Sweet Me Good standards.
• Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, equipment, and stock.
• Ensure presentation and quality are consistent in every cup.

BAKERY ASSISTANT DUTIES

• Assist in preparing, plating, and packaging desserts like cinnamon rolls, cookies, and cakes.
• Help with decorating, stocking displays, and rotating products to ensure freshness.
• Support bakers with prep tasks as needed.
