BARISTA / BARTENDER – SPECIALITY COFFEE & BAR WORK (IMMEDIATE START)

Broadstairs | £12.40/hour | Full-Time – 30+ hours/week | Weekend work required
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our team immediately, combining a love for speciality coffee (with latte art skills) and the ability to serve drinks from behind the bar. This is an on-site role based in Broadstairs, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week and regular weekend shifts.

• Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee and other beverages to our exacting standards.
• Create latte art consistently to enhance the customer experience.
• Dial in the coffee machine.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the bar.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee, cocktails, and other drinks offered.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the bar and coffee area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
