We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Barista to join our team — someone who not only loves crafting great coffee but also understands the fitness lifestyle and can prepare protein shakes and smoothies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 to 2 year of experience as a Barista (preferably in a health or fitness environment)
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and machine calibration
• Experience in making protein shakes and smoothies is a must
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and sales reporting
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is an advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic English proficiency

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, protein shakes, and smoothies
• Calibrate and maintain espresso machines to ensure consistent quality
• Take customer orders and provide excellent service in a friendly, efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café/bar area and equipment
• Manage inventory of beverages, supplements, and consumables
• Track stock levels and assist in placing orders when needed
• Utilize computer systems for order tracking, stock updates, and daily reporting
• Ensure accurate billing and handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• Promote featured menu items, daily specials, and fitness-related drinks
