SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Barista / Bartender to join our team at Amber. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding service to our guests. Your contributions will enhance the overall dining experience and reflect our commitment to hospitality. You will also have waiter shifts on the floor occasionally.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Barista / Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
  • Understanding of food safety practices is essential.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations while handling food and beverages.
  • Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards.
