Job Description Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food service role preferred Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and trends Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Team player with a flexible approach to work Good understanding of health and safety regulations in food service Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Rate Per Hour: £12.21 Employment Type: Permanent Hours Per Week: 35.00
