Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the customer experience Maintain and calibrate coffee grinders and espresso machines to ensure optimal coffee quality Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person. Great work ethic and an even greater smile.
