• Manage supplier orders and stock levels for coffee, drinks, and sweets.
• Support café operations including opening, closing, cleaning, and workflow.
• Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and build positive relationships.
• Work efficiently during peak periods while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with the team to drive excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
