• Craft high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care, including mastering latte art.
• Ensure all food and drinks meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage supplier orders for coffee, drinks, and sweets, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Support smooth café operations, including opening/closing routines, cleaning, and workflow management.
• Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and build positive relationships with patrons.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak periods while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold Bee Keen’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in driving sales and enhancing café performance through teamwork and innovative ideas.
