Job Description Title: Barista - Monday to Sunday Location: Bletchley Park, Bletchley, Milton Keynes Salary: £12.21 per hour We're looking for a Barista to join our team in BENUGO Bletchley Park. On a daily basis you'll be serving coffee to visitors, volunteers and staff member of Bletchley Park, and also support with food service in our cafes. We're looking for a confident Barista who's got experience in making the perfect cup of coffee. You'll need to be a team player, great with customers, organised and efficient, have great timing and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then please apply! About the role: Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware of allergen procedures Take pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person. Great work ethic and an even greater smile.
