Our Tram Shelter site is a busy hub, serving locals and visitors alike with the same dedication to quality and community that defines everything we do.
The Role:-
We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at the Tram Shelter. You’ll be the face behind the machine, serving expertly crafted coffee to our guests with speed, consistency, and a genuine smile. Alongside your coffee skills, you’ll help to keep service flowing smoothly—whether that’s preparing drinks, supporting the front-of-house team, or engaging with customers to make their visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based drinks and filter coffee
• Maintaining high standards of speed, consistency, and presentation
• Providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
• Assisting with daily set-up, clean-down, and stock management
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and in customer areas

What We’re Looking For:-

• Previous barista experience is essential, with a strong understanding of espresso preparation and milk texturing
• A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in delivering a great experience for every customer

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
