REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including giving change and processing credit card payments.
• Keep the workspace clean, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
