REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
  • Established professional, empathetic, and engaged customer service model
  • Team player
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Verified record of punctuality/attendance and time management

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions delivered both orally and in written format – and request clarification if necessary
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Positive attitude with a consistent display of professionalism
  • Ability to acquire and maintain relationships
  • Accountability for own action and success

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous coffeehouse or customer service experience
  • Safe food handling certificate
  • Knowledge and/or love of coffee and tea
