• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care
• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
• Handling orders efficiently and working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café areas
• Assisting with general café duties, including restocking, clearing tables, and POS operation
