Responsibilities:

• Show off your expertise by crafting and serving a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair.
• Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details like espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Collaborate closely with our donut dream team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas to develop their skills and uphold our high standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop environment.
• Expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and flavour profiles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create connections and engage with customers.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts covering all 7 days of the week, including early mornings and evenings.
