JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking one full-time Barista/Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is a plus
• Knowledge of basic math for handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with food preparation, handling, and safety guidelines is a plus

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & non-coffee drinks following company recipes
• Prepare and serve a variety of sandwiches
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions using our POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members, or by yourself to meet customer needs efficiently
