QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as Barista Required
• Previous experience in Cafe Environment required
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with barista experience being a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak hours.
