We are one of Sydney’s top artisan bakeries with an award winning flagship café located in Chippendale serving some of the best coffee, pastries, and bread in Sydney.
We are currently seeking an experienced Barista/All-Rounder to join our café team.
Reporting to our Café Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to advance their hospitality career with one of the best teams in Sydney.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience with specialty coffee preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good physical fitness (lifting bread crates, setting up section)
• An eye for detail and quality, you will be required to work both autonomously and with another barista
• Strong communication & focus on team work and cooperation

• Prepare and serve Mecca coffee including espresso, cold brew, and batch brew
• Support Front of House staff where necessary to take and run orders
• Assist Café Manager to choose single origin coffee purchases
• Bringing a passion for speciality coffee to our customers
• Steam alternative milks
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment
