Our client floor is the heart of the action, and we’re looking for a passionate and polished hospitality professional to join our dynamic team as a Barista/Café Assistant within our internal café. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll support our internal Café by providing outstanding customer and barista service. You will be responsible for coffee making, food handling, point of sale and committed to maintaining the café and café area to the highest presentation and hygiene standards. This would include setting up the food displays, maintaining and controlling stock and stock rotation, ordering supplies, cleaning and communication with catering team. Shifts will be rostered Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 7:00pm. Key duties will include: Prepare quality coffee and beverages to the highest industry standards Deliver efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service Confidently manage till operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across café and kitchen areas, including equipment care and dishwashing Receive, store and rotate stock deliveries Assist with setup and service of all meals and café offerings Complete daily pack-down and cleaning procedures Support events and functions outside normal hours when required Present a professional, well-groomed and customer-focused attitude at all times This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your Barista expertise into a corporate environment where no two days are the same.
