  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, able to do esspresso dialing and latte art
  2. Create intricate and visually appealing latte art to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders and handle transactions accurately.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the cafe, including brewing equipment, countertops, and dining areas.
  5. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and uphold service standards.
  7. Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with inventory management as needed.
  8. Adhere to all food safety regulations and follow proper procedures for handling and storing perishable items.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
  • Previous barista experience and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS
  • Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
  • Understanding of food safety and handling practices in a food service environment
  • Being on time and responsible
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $17.25-$23.00 per hour
