We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that every customer has a delightful experience at our establishment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
• Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes is beneficial for this role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.
