REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with POS systems (Toast) is a plus but not mandatory.
