OVERVIEW

Hello! We are hoping to hire one Cashier/Barista for a full-time Front of House position at our wonderful little bakery in the Shaw neighborhood.
Starting wage is $20 per hour and we also have an hourly tip share that is usually more than $6 per hour. We are looking for folks who are passionate about learning and food, and that want to take care of every guest like they are family. We are a professional work environment, training driven, and a really fun place to work. we have the best clientele in the world.

• Be friendly, kind, and hospitable to everyone including your co-workers.
• Be able to answer any questions guests may have about the food and drinks.
• Pack up donuts and pastries and manage in-person and online orders
• Make delicious espresso drinks as well as cold brews, coffee, and lemonades.
• Serve the best bread, pastry, and donuts in St. Louis in a fast and friendly environment.
• Work clean, safe, and fast. Be on time, and try to do a little better every day.
