Salary: AED 4,000 (All Inclusive)
Working Days/Hours: 6 Days per Week / 8 Hours per Day
Reports To: Studio Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Barista / Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines front-of-house service with barista responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of front desk operations (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of barista experience (Preferred)
  • Experience working in Fitness Studio is a great plus

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Excel, Canva, and other digital tools
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Flexible with AM/PM shifts
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must be based in Dubai
  • Must have a valid NOC or be eligible for sponsorship transfer
  • Should be available to join immediately

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.Operate the re-Fuel Bar – prepare protein shakes, coffees, and other refreshments.
  2. Manage the front desk, including greeting guests and handling inquiries.
  3. Perform administrative tasks using internal systems and tools.
  4. Maintain accurate records, update working documents, and prepare reports.
  5. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met throughout the facility.
  6. Track and update maintenance logs and inventory records; follow up on pending issues.
  7. Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  8. Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by management.
