Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting bubble tea beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following company recipes
- Operate blenders and appliances
- Take customer orders and handle transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Skills:
- Experience in food handling and food service
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with patrons effectively
