BARISTA – CAKE SHOP IN DUBAI

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our cake shop team in Dubai. If you have a passion for coffee, creativity, and customer service, we’d love to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Salary range: AED 2,500 – 3,000
• Knowledge of reception or cashier duties is a plus
• Must know how to create latte art / coffee designs
• Skilled in preparing hot and iced beverages including:
• ice and hot Matcha
• Caffè Latte/Cappuccino/Flat White /Espresso/Americano/Macchiato
• Cold Brew – slow-brewed coffee served chilled, smooth & less acidic.
• Nitro Cold Brew – infused with nitrogen for a creamy texture.
• Frappuccino / Coffee Frappe – blended iced coffee with cream.
• Iced Caramel Macchiato – layered caramel, milk, and espresso.
• Iced Vanilla Latte – flavored latte with vanilla syrup.
• Smoothies (Mango, Berry, Banana, Avocado) – very popular in Dubai cafés.
• Other trendy and specialty coffees
• Ability to join immediately
