We are seeking a passionate and extroverted Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST have Food Safe Level 1 upon starting first shift.
• Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
