• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items while following food safety standards
• Operate the POS system efficiently for cash handling and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet customer needs, especially during peak hours
